ACHTUNG: Dieser Artikel ersetzt NICHT die Ladesteuerung, welche für den Bau einer Wallbox/Ladestation oder eines Notladekabels benötigt wird! Die dafür benötigte vollwertige Ladesteuerung ist unter der Art.-Nr. 13201114 oder 13200114 erhältlich.
Die "CP Switch" Signalelektronik mit den Abmessungen Länge = 30mm / Breite = 20mm ist für den Selbstbau eines Adapters Typ 2 Stecker auf CEE- oder Schuko-Kupplung erforderlich (CP = rot / PE = weiß). Die Signalelektronik wird in den Typ 2 Stecker eingebaut, am Ausgang erhält man dann je nach verwendete Kupplung 400V~ / 3 phasig oder 230V~ / 1 phasig. Mit dieser Elektronik läßt sich ein selbst gebauter Adapter an fast allen Ladestationenen betreiben (nicht für Tesla Ladestationen geeignet). Diese Signalelektronik kann auch als Ersatzplatine passend für Artikelnummer 10000100, 10000101, 10000105 und 10000106 verwendet werden. Ist der Ladevorgang gestartet, zeigt eine grüne LED durch stetiges Leuchten an, dass die Ladesäule einen Ladestrom von 32 Ampere pro Phase (max. 22kW) zur Verfügung stellen kann. Leuchtet die grüne LED während des Ladevorgangs nicht auf, kann die Säule nur einen Ladestrom von 16 Ampere pro Phase (11kW) zur Verfügung stellen. Die LED kann mit UHU-Alleskleber fixiert werden. Falls die LED-Anzeige oder die LED-Bohrung nicht gewünscht sind, kann die LED auch platzsparend um 90° abgewinkelt werden (nicht abschneiden). Ein Permanentmagnet (Bild 6) zum Entriegeln des Typ 2 Steckers, bzw. lichtbogenfreiem Unterbrechen der elektrischen Verbindung (ggf. wichtig bei verkürzten Typ 2 Steckern) ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Der Ladevorgang gilt dann als beendet! Statt des Permanentmagneten kann zum Beenden des Ladevorgangs auch eine Smartphone App (z.B. e-kWh von RWE, ...) verwendet werden. Die Platine benötigt keine Versorgungsspannung und kann deshalb ohne Batterie direkt in einen Typ 2 Stecker eingebaut werden (Bild 3, 4 und 5). Die Anschlüsse CP und PE sind im Typ 2 Stecker gekennzeichnet (Der Typ 2 Stecker mit der Art.-Nr. 20031105 oder 20031100 ist nicht im Lieferumfang).

The “CP Switch” signal electronics with dimensions length = 30 mm / width = 20 mm are required for DIY construction of a Type 2 plug to CEE or Schuko coupling adapter (CP = red / PE = white). The signal electronics are installed in the Type 2 plug, and depending on the coupling used, the output is 400V~ / 3-phase or 230V~ / 1-phase. With this electronics, a self-built adapter can be operated at almost all charging stations (not suitable for Tesla charging stations). This signal electronics can also be used as a replacement board suitable for item numbers 10000100, 10000101, 10000105, and 10000106. Once charging has started, a green LED will remain lit to indicate that the charging station can provide a charging current of 32 amps per phase (max. 22kW). If the green LED does not light up during charging, the station can only provide a charging current of 16 amps per phase (11kW). The LED can be fixed in place with UHU all-purpose adhesive. If the LED indicator or the LED hole are not required, the LED can also be angled at 90° to save space (do not cut off). A permanent magnet (Figure 6) for unlocking the Type 2 plug or interrupting the electrical connection without arcing (which may be important for shortened Type 2 plugs) is included in the scope of delivery. The charging process is then considered complete! Instead of the permanent magnet, a smartphone app (e.g., e-kWh from RWE, etc.) can also be used to end the charging process. The circuit board does not require a supply voltage and can therefore be installed directly in a Type 2 plug without a battery (Figures 3, 4, and 5). The CP and PE connections are marked in the Type 2 plug (the Type 2 plug with item no. 20031105 or 20031100 is not included in the scope of delivery).
